Ideas for Next Time

  • Schedule event two months in advance.
  • Plan food.
  • Plan room set-up.
  • Plan table games.
  • Have a schedule of games.
  • Announce lock-in one month before.
  • Mail invitations with instructions.
  • Prepare food the week before.
  • Call and text people two days before.
