Pasta Dinner

Hi All ,
It's almost here!! Our big night:-)
Everyone please be at the Church School Friday evening by 5pm . If you can get there earlier let me know please. We have a lot of setting up to get done before Sabbath for the Pasta Dinner. It has to be ready to roll right after Sabbath(this Sabbath).

We should all try to look like professional servers or cooks on Saturday night. So if anyone has chef hats or white aprons please bring them . Please wear white shirts, (button down dress shirts are best) and black pants. Girls can wear black caprice or skirts ( not too short please) if they want.

Great work!

Thank you, Janie! Everyone was great last week! When I came to the church Friday night, there was a whole line of young people chopping vegetables in the kitchen, and others cleaning and setting up. Saturday night they provided great dinner service. The auction was great fun, too. I really appreciate the adults who came to support us. I'll never forget Robert Wilson out-bidding Blandina for a box of tomatoes, or the people who helped Amber win a bicycle to replace the one that had been stolen from her two weeks earlier. I also want to thank Catherina Dixon for always being there to help with anything that needed to be done.

The youth did an awesome job perpairing and hosting the Banguet! It was my privalge to be able to help them. Catherina, well I don't know how we could have done it without her. I truely enjoyed all aspects of this project. Guiding the youth to organize their meal and they came up graet ideas on how it should all be done. I think Darren was right the food and service was great but the Auction was a blast and heart warming. We have uniquely wonderful people in our Church Family, I enjoyed the presence of each and everyone of them. Darren and Erin your part was priceless too , you both have been and are a blessing to our Youth and me too:-) Erin thank you for the dinner music! Darren you look great in a tux, altogether a class act:-)
